The general return policy applies to all products except special personalization (the items custom manufactured to your specification) and clearance items. If your order has a problem, contact us by email or through the contact page. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of order date
- In original condition: resell-able
- Unused or undamaged
- In the original packaging
*QUAVIKEY reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the items before accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected items to you.
*All risks in shipping the items to QUAVIKEY shall be borne by you. QUAVIKEY shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the items which is being returned to us.

If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and items we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email email@example.com. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.
Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.
The refund will go back onto the same account you used to place the order with us. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive you refund within 3 - 7 working days from the date the items are received back into our warehouse. If you do not receive your refund after 7 days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
